Gardewine Group LP Acquires RS Harris Transport Through Its Parent Company the Mullen Group

On June 30, Gardewine announced the acquisition of RS Harris Transport through its parent company the Mullen Group.

Based in Winnipeg, RS Harris Transport has served customers throughout North America for over 35 years by providing open deck transport, transloading, distribution, and warehousing services. With its 125 transportation professionals and a company-owned fleet of approximately 50 trucks and 165 trailers, Harris Transport will be an excellent complement to Gardewine’s continuously expanding service offerings. 

This strategic acquisition will strengthen Gardewine’s already diverse services through additional flat deck hauling capacity and multimodal transload capabilities, serviced by major North American rail lines, which include CN, CP, and BNSF. In addition, Harris brings over 200,000 square feet of additional indoor warehouse capacity.
