Administration and Support Services provide assistance to employees and management in various areas of the business throughout the organization. Roles and responsibilities range from supporting executives and managers to facility and technical support. They keep the terminals fully operational, support projects, analyze operational information, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Our large Fleet Maintenance team supports and repairs over 1500 trucks and trailers, as well as other power equipment. They operate 24/7 providing options and flexibility their students, apprentice helpers, and Red Seal mechanics. Interconnectivity exists between Human Resources, Safety and Driver Services. Human Resources manages all areas related to employment, including employee relations. The Driver Services team manages the compliance area related to drivers to ensure rules and regulations are met. The Safety team leads the safety program, including creating training modules, monitoring and tracking incidents, risk assessment and management, and other tasks related to compliance of the Safety Act.
